Management is rude at this location almost all the time , staff is great though , check your order if they’re busy and they leave your food to wait for new orders to cook. I was shorted twice on premiums , not going back to waste gas or tell them my name is in some book 6 months later so they can handle me , other than that this is a great location. Clean , great food , plenty of parking . Kid friendly .
The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. For example, they take too long; all the workers are jostling each other, pretending to work, but it's not the truth.And for those who do deliveries, it's still very bad; they take a long time. Sometimes the orders are on the shelf, but they don't pay attention to them.
I ordered a mobile order pick up and was unable to choose the drink. I wanted to try the new signature drinks they had. Lauren was amazing and let me get a drink even though I was okay with an upcharge. I ended up with a coke and mango watermelon drink. Delicious. Will definitely visit again.
