sending the wrong food items FAITHFULLY. its like they only hire braindead people to work there. weird.
Tonight was crazy at Popeyes per usual. I get in the line and the nicest man (unsure if he’s the manager) tells me the drive thru can only take cash and to come in if I want to use my card. He was so sweet and helpful I wish I had gotten his name.. everyone was frazzled it was close to closing time. But they were still great and accommodating even though they were under tremendous pressure. Wish I would’ve gotten the employees name who seemed to be in charge. He was great...read full review
terrible service, waited over a half hour for food and our order was STILL wrong. rude employee in charge who argued with me that she was short staffed yet had 6 people working. between line and waiting this took over an hour!!!
