Customer service was non existent. No one spoke to me the entire visit. It was a cold and non customer friendly visit. I watched food sit for many minutes and no one did any thing about it. Just not my normal Panera visit. Foods always good.

Nice to see a new Pumpkin menu. This location got better and friendly staff makes its pleasant to come back again. This is one of the few nostalgic feel and is close to mall and fair. I like that there is a drive thru and dine in with plenty of booth seating. Slight disappointment with Sips program as it is not what I originally signed up for.
