Papa John's in Puyallup

“It's Papa John's pizza. It's about as good as PJP is going to be. That said, my review is for the customer service side of things and Dylan as a manager. We ran into an issue where a contracted driver (through DoorDash) dropped our order off without notifying us, and it sat at our door for awhile. This is obviously a DoorDash issue and not an issue with this store. Dylan was punctual and professional about resolving our issue. I left our interaction feeling like a valued customer, and I will continue to order from here for sure.

Also the bacon pizza is actually pretty good.“

“We requested our pizza well done. It was perfect! We had several other items, and they were all well prepared and tasty. Only 2 employees (that I could see) were working. But they were getting everything out very timely and accurate! Well done!!“
