“Great customer service!! We had an issue with the doordash delivery and gave the store a call. We spoke to RJ who was hugely helpful and resolved our issue. Seattle is a very annoying city with food delivery but this place will take care of you.“

“We placed pick up orders twice since the store opened two weeks ago. The first time we ordered the works pizza, we has no issues but today, we couldn’t hold the pizza slices without spilling the toppings and the sauce on the plate probably because either the pizza was undercooked or the dough was extremely thin. It was pretty messy to eat but still tasty. It would be better if the dough was thicker like normal thickness.Parking is also limited in the area. It seems like no retail parking available. We had to park across MLK and cross the street for pick up.“
“People are going to think I’m a bot with this positive review after all the negative ones ? but every time I order from here, it is just consistent. And today, I was just blown away with how perfect my order was. I mean, look at that delicious gooey pizza! The breadsticks were perfect too. Almost every time I order, it’s around 5 pm so I wonder if that factors into it being good for me everytime? I also pick up vs delivery. People are super nice too.“
“This is the Best tasting pizza from a pizza chain I've had so far. THE WORKS pizza... at least from this location, is on point EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's well worth every single penny. Stop being LAZY and order for take out. Tastes much better when it's just out of the oven!“
“Awesome Pizza! But the real reason I am writing this is I have been sick with Long Covid for nearly 4 years, which turned into Heart Failure nearly a year ago landing me in the ER for a week. I have no appetite, but late last night 1/3/24 Pizza sounded awesome. Placed an order with Papa Johns in Lake City through DoorDash. They immediately canceled the order! WTF?! So I called Papa Johns to ask them why it was cancelled (they were still open for more than an hour)! I talked to, I assume the manager (wish I got his name!) and he said they had a glitch in their system. But he was able to manually put the order through DoorDash, and I paid with a CC. Think he said 33 min. I am used to getting updates by email and texts, and received none. I was thinking the worst about the time they were closing and thought maybe I will just make sure it didn't show, and my Pizza was there!! The kid pulled through, and by the way, he was a pleasure to deal with, Class Act! Kid, wish I would have got your name! Thanks!“
