The beer battered cod was awful. It was VERY greasy, on the thinner side and made my stomach hurt. Gordon's frozen fish tastes better than this.
There was a sign that said they were out of their regular tarter and the restaurant was dirty.
Employees were nice

Clams were all breading, could not taste clams at all in it. 1 person in our party ordered all you can eat fish and chips. Finished his first order, went up to get more. He was told they'd bring him some out. 20 minutes later they did not bring more out. He went up again and asked, they again said they'd bring more out. They didn't. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we left. Maybe that's their plan. Piss people off to where they leave and they don't have to give out more fish. That's how they make their profit??

There isn’t a Skippers near where I live, so I go whenever I’m up in Seattle!

I love fish snipers used to be my favorite growing up … there is very few left the one in puyallup is amazing …

Skippers has been a part of our family’s eating options for years. Always good fish and chips, and the best chowder around. Quick service and nice people. It’s just too bad we have to drive all the way to Puyallup for one of the last Skippers in the area, but always worth a drive.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!! We Love and miss Skippers seafood 'n chowder house, stores near us closed. We found this location while on vacation, And drove an extra 1.5 hrs to get there, we'll worth it. Food, staff, environment all great. The food was fresh tasting, Perfectly cooked, Not tasting seriously greasy, It tasted very well cooked and cooked made. Which also means clean fryers, with fresh grease and we'll cared for environment. We felt so welcomed, the staff was upbeat cheerful and seemed to enjoy what they were doing that in itself was even refreshing, you don't see that much anymore, it made the visit even better. It is 3 hrs from my home but we will take that trip just to go visit these guys again.

Love Puyallup Skippers. Always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful when I come in. Quick on orders too. So glad this independent restaurant is still here. Come try it soon and say hi to Brandon and Teddy!

Don't let the beat-up building and old signs fool you into not stopping by!
This place is great. We were weary at first because the building needs to be painted, and the signs are old.
BUT! Once you walk through the door, you're greeted with a hello and the smell of food.
The food is hot & fresh. Don't burn your tongue.
The service is excellent. They treated us like royalty. It's not run down. It's actually quite pleasant.

My first time at this location. The building is well worn but spotless. Chowder, fish, fries, coleslaw and tea were fantastic. Food was fast, delicious and served piping hot. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Will be back when I get another seafood craving.
