We had such a nice date night at Toscanos yesterday. We started with the meatballs and beet and bleu salad, both of which were delicious. One might think we stopped there but no, no, we went on to entrees of Spaghetti Pomodoro, (so many tomatoes!) and hubby had the sausage orecchiette, both were very good and thanks to leftovers this afternoon's lunch. Happy hour food is great and a good price. Bruschetta was a bit messy and bland. Should have ordered the focaccia with the 2 sauces. Only bummer was they are no longer using any rewards program they toast. I was told it was managed by a former manager who recently left. However, they are honoring Amy points discounts already in place. That's the sign of excellent customer service. My favorite restaurant in Puyallup.
This was our first time at Toscanos italian grill. Loved it. We sat outside on the patio and the day was perfect for that. The only thing to say for an improvement is that it did take quite a while to get our food but boy was it worth it! This is a "do over" for sure. Staff was super nice and cant wait to do it again. They recently opened up for lunch which really works for us.
