My man Dutch was awesome tonight my card was not working and there was money on there and I blamed my car my man Dutch told me I had a great attitude about it and forwardly paid for my meal he didn't have to do that but he showed kindness and respect gratitude and I appreciate him a lot my experience at this Wendy's has been the best experience and I will no longer go to any other Wendy's that's a promise thank you Dutch
My husband and I went through the drive up on Sunday. We were the 4th car waiting to order. We arrived at 10:53am. It took 20 minutes to just get to the order screen. Once we ordered there were 2 cars ahead of us waiting to get their food. After another 15 minutes of waiting we finally get to the window. The worker was very sweet and seemed to be very overwhelmed. With Every bite, something just didn’t seem right.. texture was off and it really wasn’t sitting right. but at first I was to hungry to care .. I immediately thought about calling in, and being a Karen.. but that doesn’t seem to work anymore. No one is held accountable these days. besides all you would receive is more unpresentable food..
