BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Great for groups as the menu has something for everyone. Food was very tasty. Our server was either over worked or just not that good. Had request multiple times for a refill, etc. Would go back to eat there again. So many items to try. But worth the trip for the cookies alone!

I go to BJ's at least once a year for Father's Day (would go more often but they need more Seattle area locations closer to me!). It is a consistently great experience every time from the service quality, food quality and overall value. They seemed to have expanded their menu significantly recently, lots of great choices.

Love BJ's. Everytime I experience BJ's, I leave feeling so satisfied. 10/10, would recommend

service was amazing. I asked for an ingredient list for a specific item and she not only obliged. she brought the list out on her phone. AND she did it with a genuine smile on her face. it really wasn't an issue to her to go above and beyond for the customer.

Alejandro was amazing!

A great spot located right opposite Redmond Town Center—super convenient for combining shopping and dining. We had their vegetarian pizza and drinks and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive and there’s ample parking, which is always a plus. It’s a good choice even for vegetarians—the veg pizza is definitely worth trying. Nice vibe, good food, and an overall pleasant experience!

I came into BJs on my own this evening to kill some time, so I sat at the bar. I noticed the bar was pretty busy for 4:30pm on a Wednesday when I arrived and when I sat down I was greeted exuberantly by a bartender/server I think named Alex. He immediately told me about all the specials, happy
Hour and his recommendations. Happy Hour goes till 7 here which is really great! He was encouraging and so friendly and inviting. I ended up having 2 drinks and a couple appetizers for dinner. The food was great, but really the service was top notch by everyone behind the bar.
As someone with a background in the food service industry, I have a lot of patience and understanding for the challenges servers and bartenders face but I’m very impressed with the service I received tonight. I’m looking forward to coming back for entrees and to sample the beer offerings with my husband.

Even though we had a reservation they made us sit outside on the patio. Granted we were a big group.

But like Seinfeld says they know how to take a reservation but don't know how to HOLD a reservation apparently.

It was a little nippy outside and they forgot to turn on the heater after they said they would.

Food was average at best. Nothing stood out particularly. The protein bowls were somewhat good..

Waitress/kitchen forgot an entire person's order( they did take it off the check though, I should say), my kids order to add protein to the pasta was not noted down, waitress doesn't come to refill water.

Since we were a big group we were also charged an 18% tip which this service and experience certainly didn't deserve.

My old fashioned was really good though but I wish they used proper maraschino cherries 😀

We had the worst experience tonight and is was so disappointing. We first ordered wings for appetizers and they were cold in the middle when we got them. We got a new order of wings but they didn’t taste very good and still sub par on temp. Then I ordered fish and chips for my entree and they were cold too because they were waiting for fries to cook. I only knew this because our waiter came over to us and told us. By the time our dinner came, the fish was cold and gross. I just asked for my meal to be taken on my bill and I wouldn’t order anything else. After everything still, we had to wait around to ask our waiter to update our bill. That was completed but then we were charged for two sets of wings and had to wait even longer to get that taken off… we tried to ask for a take out box to bring home our wings and that just never arrived. So we just paid our bill and left. What a waste of a night and a meal. Can I add I never want to come back…

Definitely on the expensive side for drinks, the dessert is yummy

The price of certain foods are expensive, but the service is always great! Mae was super excellent!

Always an excellent experience at BJ’s Redmond. Demi is an awesome waitress. Kind, courteous, and helpful. Can always rely on good food and a nice atmosphere.

Yummy food. Grilled cheese is not on the menu, but our waiter told us that they have a specific recipe for it, so it kinda is on the menu.
