The restaurant was over half empty upon arrival, and we got there 45 min early. It took almost 15min to get drinks. I received my wedge salad within minutes of ordering. But the remaining appetizers and entrees took another 20+ minutes, arriving all together. The wait staff never came back to check on refills or meals until almost finished. Ordered a sprung of refills and that took just as long as the original food order. Made the mistake of ordering dessert and a coffee. When the dessert finally came out, there was no coffee. It finally arrived during the final bites of dessert. The restaurant was not busy until the later part of the visit and yet we were nearly completely ignored. What should have taken an hour for dinner took over two hours between all the waiting.

Appetizers arrived cold, eventually the platter was remade and delivered luke warm, without condiments. The fish tacos were OK. The lunch wait time was longer than expected.

Look, I get this is BJs. I’m not expecting anything crazy, but I am surely expecting a baseline quality.

Initially we were told to wait for an open table which is fine. But everyone after us was put on a waitlist which we were not. They all were seated well before us.

We ordered our food, and for 60 bucks we got this chicken parm and a cold personal pizza.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Our server Anna was very nice.

We were planning on getting a pizookie but after this, we had to cancel our plans.

This was our 2nd time at BJ's Redmond. We visit the restaurant when we go to Marymoor and see the current Cirque du Soleil. Food is great. The atmosphere is very nice. It's super quiet even though it's an open seating plan. My husband has issues with loud places and he commented on wondering with how many people were there and how is was so quiet.

The menu is huge and I think that speaks for itself. It’s cool inside and the wait staff was great, but the food was so expensive and very subpar. We had a huge party and nobody was super crazy about what they ordered. I got the buffalo wings, very sugary. I tried the smash burger which was greasy and not super flavorful. Ended up spending $100 on wings, half of an appetizer and two drinks.

Not the right place if you don’t have enough time. It takes forever to get your order. Long enough that I am hungry again by the time the desert arrives. The food is okay. But seriously need to improve the waiting time.

We visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve for a family gathering with more than 10 people.
The restaurant looked nice and wasn’t busy, and we ordered hamburgers, pizza, and steaks. Unfortunately, the service and food quality were very disappointing.
The waiter initially forgot to take my order, and I had to remind her. I ordered a well-done steak, but it was not cooked properly. When I pointed it out, she admitted it wasn’t well done, took it to the kitchen, and returned it in less than a minute. It looked like they simply used a blowtorch or high flame to change the surface color, but the inside was still not properly cooked. Another family member ordered medium-well, and his steak was completely rare. The service felt rushed and inattentive, with no follow-up after the food was delivered.
Considering the high prices, the experience was not worth it. I do not recommend this restaurant, there are much better options with higher quality food nearby.

I took my work team there and was quite unimpressed. We had reservations, and flagged it as a business lunch- so being put in a booth was a bit close/intimate. Our waitress seemed to struggle a bit and so my steak came with regular baked potato, not loaded. But the real issue was quality- oh my gosh- our calamari appetizer was overcooked and SO dry. One piece was huge, a bunch of bits clumped together. The sauces tipped on the side of the dish, spilling. I didn't eat the wing appetizers but they didn't come with any sauce to dip in. Weird. I ordered the ribeye and asked for a medium steak. My ribeye steak was SO dry and definitely med well to well done. I mean, it was chewy. I barely ate any. The asparagus was undercooked, but that was far less of a deal than the order being wrong. No sauce was offered when the food was dropped off, so we were sitting with fries and various meal items and nothing to put on them. Two of us barely ate our food and the waitress didn't seem to notice, she never asked even when we asked for boxes. If someone has had barely any of their food a quality ask is appropriate. Anyhow, it was not worth the cost and I won't return here. The few times I have been I was so unimpressed with the lack of care.
