Expensive teppanyaki restaurant. Service is meh. Fried rice, steak and scallops are decent but portion is small for the price. Dishes range from $50-$60+ which would be double the size at other teppantaki places. Chefs are nice and entertaining.
Disclaimer: I hope they serve smaller groups better than they served us. We were a large group at night.

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here. The service and food were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good anniversary dinner. Thank you!

Great service . Family enjoyed the cooking in front of them. Bit pricey but I guess typical of the area . Would go back.

Went out for my daughters' birthday last night. She wanted teppanyaki and Fuji was the most centrally located place for our 10 person group.

Everyone in the group had a FANTASTIC time and loved the food. The staff was GREAT, the Chef was HILARIOUS and fun. 10/10 will take my friends and family back.

The food was great! We had a good mix of orders from various steaks to chicken to shrimp and lobster. The portions are HUGE and just about everyone needed a box.

I read reviews frequently and quite frankly I was a little curious about previous reviews of this place. Whatever was going on has clearly been addressed as everything was great! I love teppanyaki and go out for it regularly and feel like Fuji's food was on par with, or even above, other places in the area in terms of quality.

Eitherway, if you are looking for a fun time and solid teppanyaki check this place out!

It turns out the experience which should make us fun is the most important thing for this restaurant, not the food. The chef and the server are both kind, but the food is really fair, definitely doesn't worth the price. The whole thing is special, but I believe as a high consuming restaurant, food should always be the most important part for it.

Really a fun place to take family or for a work event! Really great food and I felt the shrimp were awesome and others really liked the steak and scallops. It is a bit loud at times so be forewai.

Fun spot! Chef prepared food in front of the table with lots of flair. Food was good but not outstanding. Good spot for a group event. Setup made it hard to talk as everyone sat around the chef station.

Food was OK. The price was over the top. The food should had been better. Your basically paying for a so so show of cooking in front of you. Which sounds fun. And it was ok entertainment. But NOT for the price and my drink (Diet Coke) tasted not good. Again the food IS NOT worth the price you pay AT ALL!

Good experience where they make food in front of you and do some mini entertainment by throwing food in to your mouth.

Taste was fine. Don't expect presentation as they are making it in volume in front of you and putting food on your plate.

Low quality food that was cooked and tasted poorly. Under cooked white rice that tastes like pure butter. Mumbling and seemingly high/drunk cooking staff. Rude staff yelled at me for walking in the open bar area of an empty restaurant. I honestly don't understand how to place gets any business.
