It was a good time

first time here last night we went as a group for a birthday. firstly, the hostess was very nice and fun. hands down to her. our cook was not so much. very bland personality. the liquid marijuana drink was a flop for us. the pina colada was good but very sweet. shrimp and lobster plate is way over priced the meat was really good but the proportion you get for $60 was not worth it. nobody liked the fried rice. My suggestion is don’t pay for the upgrade. It’s not worth it. That was extremely disappointing.. i didn’t care for their vegetable mix they could do better it’s a lot of zucchini and onions it would be nice to have some carrots and potatoes to separate that. The brussels sprouts are kind of a weird add-on. 2 people in the party complained about the chicken. said theydid not like it and another person complained that they can cook better and that this place was just OK, but not impressed at all. I have to agree with her. The fried rice was extremely disappointing. You might as well order white rice. It’s not worth the price to upgrade.. It really wasn’t anything special.i absolutely hated that they charge you $15 if you want to share a plate even if it’s the kid plate. i asked why they do that because it is absurd and her answer was “it’s just our rule” crazy! i also didn’t like that they add an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill. it should be my choice how much to tip not yours. the italian soda was good but at $9 a drink for a small glass was a rip off. their soup and salad are terrible! my bill was $252 after $25 in tax and the $50 gratuity they added my bill was $327 for 3 adult plates and 2 kids plates and 2 italian sodas and 2 alcohol drinks and a soda. oh btw the soda is $5 and so is lemonade. overall it was just ok for us and we won’t be back but we did see an indian restaurant on the lower floor we are going to try. i didn’t take photos of the food as i didn’t feel it was anything special. they need to add a star for pricing bc mine would have been a 1 star. there are way better spots out there for the price. adult plates started over $30 kids started at $23

Had a wonderful time with family. This trip was for my birthday and always enjoyed the experience at a Japanese steakhouse. First time at Fuji and will definitely be back as it did not disappoint.

This place is so nice!! The parking was so easy and it’s in a quiet part of the shopping area. Incredibly clean including the bathrooms which was so amazing! The service was impeccable and speedy, they were super nice and thoughtful. They pour the drinks well and the food was great. 10/10 couldn’t be happier

The food was mediocre and the beef may have been past expiration date. We have been here before as well as to similar style restaurants. We knew not to expect top quality meat but I took one bite and could not eat it. Three other people had the same meat. Their's was not great but they agreed that mine tasted bad.

Wasn't a fan of the staring or being center of attention, but I did like the various options of food

Wonderful first experience and we're definitely going back. Our bartender made a killer old fashioned.

Very disappointed with elevators so far away told we could use service elevator then we could not and escalator not in service either. Resteraunt need a deep cleaning. Food okay tried to make the best of a very expensive dinner for 9. Over $800. Photos showed table clothes not present too.

Beware the yum yum sauce as it is addictively delicious

Ate there a week before to check it out and portions were large. Brought my entire work team there and portions were small :(

Fuji Steak House in Redmond: a culinary circus where your dinner is both entertainment and sustenance.

Forget Cirque du Soleil, this is Cirque du Steak! Our chef, a master of the sizzling flat-top, wielded spatulas like samurai swords and flipped shrimp with the grace of a seasoned juggler. He produced a miniature train made of onion rings, a volcanic onion eruption, and a flaming tower of…something. I'm still not sure. The props were top-notch, the theatrics, Oscar-worthy.

Then there was the singing. Oh, the singing. Let’s just say his rendition of “My Way” was…unique. Like a karaoke night after a power outage. But hey, the man tried!

Thankfully, the food was a redemption arc worthy of a blockbuster. The steak? Melt-in-your-mouth moist, like a cloud made of beef. The vegetables, crisp and vibrant, tasted like they’d just been plucked from a tiny, perfectly manicured garden. Even the fried rice, often an afterthought, was a symphony of savory goodness.

So, go for the show, stay for the steak, and brace yourself for a vocal performance that will either haunt your dreams or become your new favorite ringtone. Either way, you'll leave full and slightly bewildered.

Fun and delicious! One of the best teppanyaki restaurants around! Great for birthdays and holiday celebrations!

We stuck with the sashimi selection, and it was fresh and delicious. The others at the grill went with the cooked goods with a lot of flare and showmanship - so we got to enjoy that too!
