Himitsu Teriyaki is one of my go‑to spots in Redmond Ridge. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what you want after a long day. Their chicken teriyaki is consistently tender with a sauce that hits the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Portions are big enough that I usually end up with leftovers, which is never a bad thing. And the staff are the nicest people
