This place is always fast and has great quality food! Anna is so sweet and makes the experience even better. This is our go-to teriyaki place! The seating area is very clean and inviting as well!

Himitsu Teriyaki Redmond Ridge is a hidden gem in Redmond Ridge. The owner always greets customers, and the service is SO GOOD. The family is very nice, and the cashier is always very friendly and kind. The teriyaki is freshly prepared and not charred like other places. The garlic spicy chicken teriyaki makes both mouth and eyes water, the gyoza makes taste buds gush, and the house fried rice is overflowing. The portions are perfect, and the lunch specials are nicely priced. Happy hour is a good opportunity for only $13. The store is clean. The quality and price have not changed, though the food hasn't been as good recently.
