Showed up right at 9am to get smoothies for breakfast. It is now 9:10 and the store is still closed. Tried calling and their voice-mail box isn't even set up ? Bad business practice.

This is a good place to get a smoothie or acai bowl after your workout. I arrived exactly at 7 pm (close) and the employees agreed to make a smoothie without any problems.

I just want to say thank you to this kind and hard working staff who dropped by some drinks to Redmond Elementary. The boost of the drink helped give me the energy I needed to finish the day!!

We got a passion fruit smoothie and an açaí bowl. The taste was ok but definitely too pricy for what you get.Service was ok as well, the person who started our order was mixing the wrong ingredients and the other employee had to correct them and start over.

We walked into Jamba Juice and ordered two açaí bowls and 1 smoothie. We waited a good 20 minutes for the bowls to come out. We were the only ones in there at the time. 4 customers came in after us and received their orders before us. One of the customers had taken our açaí bowl and said to his girlfriend “i’m going to take this and pretend like i payed for it.” we explained that to the workers and they didn’t believe us and made it seem like we were trying to get items for free. One of the workers proceeded to tell their coworker to make everybody else’s orders first and then worry about our order next. Very poor customer service especially when they are in the wrong.

My mom and I stopped in this morning for some smoothies after I had just had a tooth extracted. Very much so looking forward to one of the few things that I can eat today, we place our order. The guy behind the counter “accidentally” up’s the sizes of two out of the three smoothies. Now giving him the benefit of the doubt because the music was so loud, maybe he truly didn’t hear that we said small and not large for the sizes. So we wait for our drinks. But he’s just standing at the counter staring at us for a couple minutes instead of starting them. Once again, we blow it off and just wait.Another person comes in and they seem to have trouble communicating with each other because of the loud music (customer actually says this). The worker then gets started on THEIR drink right away and hands it to them. My mother and I look at each other like “Wait, she was behind us. How come hers was rushed out when we placed our order before hers?” Once again, we try to wait and are just looking forward to our smoothies.He finishes them and are relieved to get going and go home. Only to take sips of our smoothies and find that they are SUPER watery. Like smoothie juice with some chunks in it. This, finally being the last straw and not wanting to deal with someone who clearly doesn’t care about quality, just say screw it and leave, vowing to not return to this location for a while. So thanks for the average tasting $9 juice dude. Maybe shouldn’t be making smoothies and instead work at a juice bar ?

Such a pleasant random bite to eat before I went grocery shopping today ! I really appreciate the friendly customer service and recommendation for the Belgian waffle banana parfait !! Ill it was a perfect snack before I started my errands ! Look forward to stopping in again .

I ordered a Chunky Strawberry bowl for delivery and it arrived without the smoothie/base, JUST toppings. Before re-ordering, I wanted to call the store to make sure they get the order right but it took me calling 6 times before they picked up the phone.

I was here at the store at 6:30 pm so the store closed at 7 pm but the guy on the cash register didn’t want to take me he said that he was closed already and was not even 7 pm . It was 6:30 pm

This Jamba shop is in a spot next to a shell gas station. They make good drinks and we've got a couple of "go to" drinks - mango smoothie and water melon breeze are two favorites. We also like the Apple n Greens. Prices have gone up. But everything costs more these days. If you get their app, you may score some deals. Give this place a try. It's worth trying at least once.

I came to this place once ever quarter for acai bowl and quick bites. I do not usually have problem getting my order on time, but today i had to wait 8 mins for my online order. The order was made last night, so it is not last minute. I saw this board while i was waiting?. Staff was friendly and communicative, but i wish i get my order on time especially during work days

The price is very expensive compared to what you get. I understand that fresh quality ingredients cost more but it seems a bit much.

Every time I go in, the prices are higher. I'm not paying over $12 (including tax) for a large smoothie.
