One of my uber eats orders was taking a very long time to pick up my food so I called Jamba and I believe someone named Michael picked up! they were so kind and remade my smoothie and food for me so I didn’t have to receive a melted smoothie. I also work in customer service so I know how busy it can get, i truly appreciated his act of kindness. overall he was very kind and went out his way to make me happy and the drink was amazing!
Was just in there. Walked in no one came to the counter, enter my order on the tablet pretty sure thats the only reason the guy working knew it as there when it beepfor my order. Employee came out airpods in didnt greet me or anything made the drink put it counter without saying a word. Even after a thank you no response.
It's good! $9 for a small razzmatazz feels a bit steep, but I've always been really happy with them. I keep coming back, after all!
