Ordered on the app and accidentally selected the Kirkland location. The Redmond location accommodated me by stopping me as I was walking out after I realized I made the mistake and fulfilled my order in the store. It was a bad experience I created on my own turned into a great one.

The atmosphere here is non-existent but the people that work here are excellent. The food is really good too! Always fresh and fast as advertised. Jordan is a rockstar! Always super nice and makes a mean gargantuan! Love this place, just maybe needs a facelift or something for the atmosphere, but I won't knock them for it.

Unfortunately had to change my review. This location becomes abysmally slow during lunch rush to the point it's simply not worth coming. Freaky slow.Good food and nice staff, just not worth the wait.
