Food & Service is great Sunni was amazing!

​I have been a very frequent customer of Kanishka Cuisine, ordering from them at least twice a week. However, my last online order for the Chicken 65 Biryani was an absolute disaster and completely unacceptable.

​As soon as I opened the box, the chicken had a terrible smell and was entirely inedible. When food smells bad right out of the container, it raises serious red flags about food safety and kitchen hygiene.

​What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I reached out directly via email to privately give them a chance to address this terrible quality issue, but they didn't even bother to respond.
​It is incredibly disappointing to see a place I supported so often show such disregard for food safety and customer loyalty. I have completely lost confidence in this establishment and will not be ordering from here again. Proceed with caution.

Been coming here for years and never disappoints! The food is always amazing and the services is excellent. I’d also recommend requesting Sunny as your server, he always goes above and beyond and even recognized me when I haven’t been back in over a year. Amazing service and attention to detail!

I just ordered one noodle yesterday over the phone I told the guy who pick the call pls make noodle well cook but he didn’t listen

Very pathetic service around 9:20pm. Staff says they are very busy and tired, and therefore started talking to us in rushing and rude behavior. The so called manager came within 2min and started pushing to walk us outside.

Sunny, sunny, SUNNY - he is the waiter you want for your Kanishka experience! Knowledge about the Menu and all it's offerings, and definitely does not disappoint on a fine dining experience at a place that charges budget prices!

I called for take out yesterday evening during dinner rush and Pranjalli was kind and patient in answering all my questions and helping me figure out what I wanted/needed. Excellent customer service. And Biryani was awesome too!

All food items were excellent. Our kids loved the butter chicken and naan. Sunny was a great waiter and even brought my son a birthday treat when he learned that we were here celebrating his birthday.

*FOOD POISONING* I got food poisoning after eating chicken biryani from here. Watch for the quality of rice. It looks like they use old rice to mix it in biryani. I got sick and was on bed for whole day trying to recover.

This place is so authentic! Hats off to the whole management team for doing such a fantastic job bringing authentic Indian food to the table!
