Best Indian food I've tasted in WA! My hubs & I went there on a whim and was pleasantly surprised with every bite. At first we weren't hungry enough for a buffet however, the spread was visually stunning that I'm so glad we jumped in. We absolutely loved the mezze sampler appetizers, which was delightfully light. The best buffet in the Seattle region.The ambience is top notch and the buffet is so lavish and all the food items taste superb.I am glad Kanishka has started the buffet..its pretty close to SEATAC Airport.The staff is humble and nice.If you are looking for an Indian buffet to try out,this is the place to go.
Wow!! That's the best way to describe the food here. It was phenomenal! So flavorful and delicious. As a general rule, I find that you can tell a lot about a restaurant by the demographics of the diners and this place proved that true. It is Ramadan, so I suspect that's why there were a lot of people coming in late in the evening here after sunset. This was the best Indian food I've ever had.
