This place was pretty good. The quality of the food was very good; the chicken was juicy and seasoned, the rice was aromatic and the naan was soft. The salad was okay, a bit soggy. For $22 I felt I got what I paid for with large portion sizes. The chicken wrap was okay(very saucy) just not something I would go out of my way to get. But, for $12.99 I felt like the price was fair. There was lots of seating inside which was great. Overall, I will return here.

I’ve been eating here ever since they opened the quality is always consistent! My personal favorites are the chicken kabab plate and the chicken shawarma sandwich. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HUMMUS I have been to so many Mediterranean restaurants the hummus is always awful not at Sahara they have the best hummus hands down dare I say in all of PNW.

Give this place a try quality good portions for a decent price!

The bread, the rice, the salad were all good, the taste overall was also ok.
The cold dried shredded pieces of chicken did not meet my expectations of a shawarma.
We also ordered what looked like ground lamb that also came out cold.
The salad was fresh and everything else was great.
I hope they work on their proteins.
