The best hidden gem. If you like north style traditional chinese food, this place is as authentic as you can get on east side. They have the best 鱼香肉丝 shredded pork with garlic sauce. Its great with noodle or rice. The #2 on noodle soup menu was also unbeatable. The noodles are fat and chewy. The soup base was also made with healthy ingredients. This place is amazing! Try the salt and pepper fish, it's to die for!!! They are always timely and have many classic dishes on the menu. The staff is friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Best Chinese food in Redmond for sure!!
