Being in middle of Ganesha Festival I wanted to make sure I only find authentic eggless cake bakers in the area and who have professional setup (not at-home bakers). The Rasamalai cake turned out exactly how I imagined it—and had also ordered macarons with Indian flavors and cake jars. She pays close attention to every little detail and was so kind and patient with my custom requests. You can tell how much care goes into both the design and flavor. I have bought cakes, cakeshooters, cupcakes and macroons. They all have been a great hit with my guests. Dubai Chocolate macroons are kids favorite, elders couldn't resist th beautiful Rose Thadai.
