Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea Redmond is a standout for fruit tea lovers and was one of the first boba shops tried in Washington. The specialty, as the name suggests, is fruit tea. The menu offers a wide variety of fruit teas with numerous topping options. One thing to note is that their fruit tea tends to be on the sour side. Adding more sweetness or sugar does not significantly alter the tartness. If sour flavors are the preference, Yi Fang's fruit teas will likely be perfect. For something different, the Yakult series is recommended, along with the Earl Grey Black Tea and the Winter Melon Tea for a sweeter option. The black milk tea with grass jello drink is delicious, and the Yakult with pineapple green tea drinks is good too. A new favorite treat is the EGG PANCAKE WITH CUSTARD, which has a lovely griddled flavor, not too sweet, with a mix of textures from the smooth custard inside. The drinks are fine and taste as expected. The interior is super unkempt and overall uninviting, and it is not really a sit-down location. The girls working there are very nice, and there is a Microsoft discount. The pickup window for Too good to go was very short, but the drinks were all good.
