As I was approaching the drive thru window 2 rats came out of the kitchen and ran past my car and into the bushes. I did not order my food and left.

I just went and bought me and my son tacos Hardshell beef and they burned all of them and on top of that there's barely any meat inside of them. I don't know what I did to them to make them do this to my food but it feels like this was on purpose. I go to the Burien location usually and there is a good amount of meat in there and they are not burned like this this was a waste of money and time going up there I don't even have the energy to go back and return them these are burnt they are going to taste horrible.yes they are burned inside and out...

This is the biggest burrito I've ever ordered and it was only 10 bucks. Very very good value. I just wish the steak was a little more flavorful. It's almost as big as my license plate to put it into perspective. Huge huge burrito. Will be coming back.

When it's good, it's great, but lately it's SO inconsistent and the fries are not even cooked, limp and sad. They also constantly put guac when we ask for no guac.

Ordered a milanesa torta worth $15, they gave me a carne asada torta that was $12 with soggy fries. Since it was a to go order i called them to ask what my options were and just got hung up on, disappointed to say the least, the carne asada torta i got wasnt even good, meat was bland, slathered in mayo, had to throw it all away, waste of time and money.

this is the dumps. if this were in chicago or LA it would be out of business but the standards are so low in Seattle that it survives.

hot sauce is so bland and flavorless like drinking water

very bad cuts of meat, lots of gristle, chicken is like something youd expect from rural iowa or something so flavorless.

interior has all these weird signage blocking seating like you are at a derelict amusement park or something. i guarantee you the people who work here do not eat the food they make

Hit or miss

I love that this restaurant has a 24 hour drive through.. it makes it convenient when I'm hungry in the middle of the night. Lol... Food is good. I don't have any complaints.

Food is usually good. I visited on Cinco de Mayo around 6pm and they served my meal in to go container. I visited the week prior around noon and the serving was on a plate. I was disappointed because they cut the serving size but still charged the same price. It was different staff on duty in the evening.

My wife and I have only had the drive through, but everything we have had has been fantastic. Our favorites so far are the camerones a la diabla and the chile relleno burritos.

The carne asada buritto was deliciois, and the fried ece cream was huge and out of this world. Will definitely come back!

They servely undercooked cali burrito and they wont included what you paid for unless you look at everything before leaving- forget for their paycheck I guess. .just like always with sides or drinks. Sucks to go out of my way to support and just get raw fries and zero pico. Not coming back, just go to the other burrito store on the otherside of freddys.
