Anchovies & Salt was such a wonderful discovery for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Seattle! This was our first time trying Southern Vietnamese dishes, and every dish was memorable.

The black cod clay pot was absolutely outstanding—so tender and flavorful that it practically melted in your mouth. The king salmon sour soup was equally delicious, with a generous amount of fresh vegetables and a wonderfully balanced, refreshing flavor.
