I’m Vietnamese vegetarian so had high hopes. Ordered to go. ?Arrived 20 min after pick up time and we still had to wait another 5-7min. for the rice to be made. ? jasmine ? $3 extra. Plates that would come with rice like the lemongrass bell pepper plate we ordered doesn’t come with side complementary built into the $17 plate. ?bell peppers were cut too big hard to fit in mouth and undercooked so also hard to chew. ?they didn’t skimp on lemongrass. ?lemongrass seitan was good. ? “Spicy” Hue Pho ? was horrible. We got LETTUCE instead of basil and bean sprouts garnishment. I can barely stand spice and it wasn’t spicy nor even flavorful of any kind to me. ?Fake meat was good. ?I can’t imagine this pho was made in the kitchen by Vietnamese. It was the worst Pho I’ve ever tried. I should have got paid to eat it not paid out $15.

I think I get something different almost every time I go here, and they haven't missed yet. I especially like the clay pots and the "duck". Even now that we've moved north to Seattle, we still brave the traffic and make the trip down to Renton for Blossom. It's also a lovely space, quiet and comfortable. Good spot for date night. They do takeout too.

We just love, love, love Blossom! We dine at Blossom at least twice a week and the food is just always so very delicious every single time. We always order the fresh rolls with lime vinaigrette (order this, you will thank me later!), ginger fried "fish," mango salad, caramelized eggplant, sesame beef, cashew chicken, amongst others... The new owners are also very friendly and personable. When they see me and my husband, they always drop by to greet us. I've been a long time customer of Blossom (since the day they open years ago) and happy to see that the new owners have taken the mantle and improved everything! My only complaint is that me and my husband can't eat at Blossom 7 days a week ;-). We'll be back next week and ready to eat!Vegetarian options: Egg noodles, peanut sauce, and some drinks are vegetarian. The rest are vegan.Dietary restrictions: Mostly vegan, some vegetarian and gluten-free optionsParking: Lots of parking in front of the restaurant and surrounding areas.Wheelchair accessibility: easily accessible

I can't believe I haven't discovered this place sooner! I've had the set for 8 with some friends and honestly you could fit 9 or 10 people in - even without the set the individual dishes are amazing, I've tried out some vegetarian pho and I was intrigued by the broth, not like most pho places but a great alternative to non-vegan broth in other pho. The staff was super friendly and recommended some dishes for those first-timing here! Would come again.

Love love love this place!Inviting and cozy space. Spectacular customer service. Delicious vegetarian and vegan food. So flavorful that it’s unbelievable there’s no meat. Must try dishes are the spicy lemongrass seitan, blossom fresh spring roll, and lotus stem salad. One of the best Asian vegetarian meals I’ve had. HUGE portions as well.

I had the pleasure of dining at Blossom Vegetarian Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was tranquil and welcoming, creating the perfect backdrop for a meal focused on plant-based cuisine. The menu was a delightful surprise, offering an array of creative vegetarian dishes that catered to various tastes and dietary needs. I was particularly impressed with their signature tofu stir-fry and the innovative use of fresh, organic ingredients. The staff's warmth and attentiveness added to the overall delightful experience. Blossom Vegetarian Restaurant is a gem for anyone seeking a culinary adventure in vegetarian dining.

After waiting a long time my entree arrived cold. My dining companion's entree did not arrive for 10 more minutes without explanation or apology even after we asked if it was still coming out. Then they never came back to check on us, refill drinks, or even to give us the check. Had to chase them down for the check. Worst service we've had anywhere in years.
