Stopped by Blossom Vegetarian Restaurant for dinner and was really impressed by how flavorful everything was despite being fully vegetarian. Large moderately decorated nice restaurant. Wait staff was very friendly and made suggestions. Drinks were inventive and refreshing. BIG menu with lots of new interesting ingredient combos. We tried pho, egg noodles, tofu curry and general tsos “chicken”. The general tso needed way more sauce (like it was basically dry) but everything else was delicious. Large portions so good idea to share if you don’t want leftovers.
Update. Invited ten friends, mostly non vegetarians, to dine here. Another greqt meal with friendly staff . The Cashew 'Chicken' won praise from the carnivores not missing their meat.....Took a friend for lunch on Friday and this is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly, tables are plenty, and food was delicious. I took leftover 'chicken' home and hubs said, well, tastes like chicken! I booked to bring a group back in June. Hope they will do separate checks!
