Drive thru lights still on at 11:59 pm. Pull up and told their closed. I said your drive thru lights are still lit. She says she'll get around to turning them off in a minute or two. I say to her as long as their on you should still serve customers. She says, and I quote "Fuck You Sir, we're closed" As I drove out of the drive thru, she flips me off thru the window.....and the drive thru open lights ARE STILL ON. I literally just had the worst customer service I've EVER encountered in my life at this location. Jason and Nancy don't care about you or their customer service at all. I drove their , called to complain and got nothing but lip and hung up on, drove all the way back their and was SCOFFED at that I would have the adasity to want my burger I originally ordered comped to me for my time and hassle. NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE go some where else because they do NOT...read full review
