Exceedingly rude when I asked for a replacement when my $20 takeout burrito fell apart and the food was falling through the bag by the time I got home and leaked oil everywhere. They claimed it was policy that they only wrap takeout burrito orders in foil when placed through an app like uber. Sounds like a poor excuse to me. The owner should probably talk to the shift lead who is always there and maybe tell him to step up the customer service and tone down the bullshit. Also make your pricing consistent. Edit: They also right angle rolled the burrito. All this because I pointed out that the price at the counter is $0.34 more than the uber price?

I am a frequent customer of the restaurant but once they took a long time to serve me in the drive thru, then I bought some red chilaquiles but they are too spicy you can't eat them with peace of mind, it has a lot of chili seeds, the flavor is passable.

The meat was not flavorful also the red and green hot dance ,the adobada meat was less good ,the mini tacos of the tortillas it was not cooked right ,one of the cashier was making a face which she almost forgot my burrito and the other cashier grab it then give it to me

Terrible place to get a burrito. Toppings were stale, bland, and tasted it has been out there for a while. On top of that the tortilla they used is hard as a nail. I didn't think I would see a place fail a burrito so miserably. Never go here, Alibertos up the street is way better.
