Great food and convenient

I visited with my Dad and while there was a bit of confusion with our order everything came out looking great.

I’ve ordered food here for quite a while, and it’s always been good.

Unfortunately, my experience today changed that. When I picked up a to-go order, I asked for a second bag. I was told no. I then asked if I could purchase an additional bag, and was again told no before the employee walked away.

I ride a motorcycle, so a second bag is often necessary to keep sauces separate and transport the order safely. More than being denied the bag, the interaction made me feel dismissed and embarrassed for asking a reasonable question.

The food has consistently been good, but the customer service I received today was not. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

The first time I ate here, I ordered a burrito, and honestly, I can’t even remember what was in it, which says a lot. I decided to give them another chance and try something different, so I went with the fish taco meal.

For over $9, I was served a pile of overcooked chips, ONE fish taco and a small drink as if I am a child. The taco itself was actually really good, but the portion was seriously disappointing. At that price, I expected at least three tacos — not a plate filled with mostly chips.

Unfortunately, this experience felt like a letdown and not a good value for the money. I won’t be returning.

I ordered Jumbo Tacos. 1 Lengua and 1 Carne Asada. Before I paid I verified that it is a carne asada taco. She said yes. When I check my receipt it was carne asada fries $12.49 instead of Carne Asada taco that is $3.99. It can be better than this.

i love their burritos and the portions are very generous. the salsa bar is also great since i never see salsa bars in wa. it’s also well lit so i always feel safe coming here at night. the employees are also always very nice.
