I used Christies Catering to cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. This was my first time using a catering service. I lucked out by choosing Christies. They walked me through a menu which included a cheese, vegetable, fruit and meat tray, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, rolls, cooked vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and braised short ribs. Christie’s Catering created the perfect dinner for our wedding over the weekend. The food and drinks were an absolute hit with us and our guests.
