“Ezell's chicken strips are my absolute favorite. Been here countless times. Staff is always cool. The strips take longer to cook than I prefer, but they are worth the wait. Their fried chicken is great too. I just prefer the regular strips. I could eat them every day. All the food is very good though. The fries and/or fried okra are my favorite sides. Just some good food!“

“THIS WAS PERFECT! I surprised my car loving boyfriend with this date and he LOVED IT! We got brunch and they sat us right next to the window which felt so special since i had reserved ahead of time. Then we got to do the tour right after and got to see all the ins and outs of the shop AND take pictures for the mems. 100/10 highly recommend“

“The restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. The selection of whiskeys they had was unlike anything I've ever seen. Their specialty cocktails were superb. The location is right at the entry of the Public Market Center. There were 4 of us at the table and we all shared the Baked Fontina appetizer, Hanger Steak, and Fried Pork Shank. The portions were so big that between the four of us, we couldn't finish the food at the table. The restaurant was a little loud but there were 3 tables of more than 8 people in there so we contributed the noise to that. The place is small but doesn't feel cramped. If you like good drinks or good food, this place should be on your list of places to eat in Seattle.“

“That was a great place and our young kids loved the food. Polite staff, great presentation and venue. Only got 4 star because our first soup dumplings were forgotten for 45 min.

Dietary restrictions: Very friendly for dairy allergen. Only avoided the banana naan.

“Our first visit was yesterday for lunch and we had Chicken Xiao Long Bao, Chicken pan-fried potstickers, Chicken and Vegetable Won-tons in sweet and sour sauce and Spicy (Ma la) noodles.....all were very good! The service was excellent and we enjoyed the whole experience!!“

“Great little dive bar with pinball that lasts forever and lots of vegetation options. No table service but the people working counter service make up for it.

Vegetarian options: Vegan burger, vegan hot dogs, vegan chicken sandwich. Dirty pub food but it hits right. 10/10“

“I honestly don’t know where to start the sambusas are soo good I got the 3 for 10 and my favorite was salmon and beef I also ordered the salmon and chicken Alfredo and it was fire! ….on the side a strawberry lemonade it was so good I wanted the recipe!!! and of course Mama Sambusa herself is an absolutely amazing woman!! “They make some of the best pizza in Seattle, and honestly some of the best pizza I've had anywhere! Delicious sauce, great crust, toppings are excellent - best lunch is a couple of slices + a cookie and a Mannies :D“

“Small mom and pop restaurant with wonderful, homestyle Chinese food. The first thing you’ll notice when you step inside is that there are a lot of regulars here. It’s a wonderful and chill community spot, plus they have karaoke every Thursday night.

I recommend these dishes:
* Clay pot rice - usually a 20 min wait but so worth it
* Chicken and gravy - crispy and delicious
* Hong Kong milk tea
* Money’s chili crisp - you can also request it on the side with your meal or you can buy a jar! My favorite locally made chili crisp.“

“Today I was blown away by this location’s customer service. I went in for a drumstick, it was going to be a 20minute wait because of the rush. My baby was nearing nap time, so I understood and said nevermind. My parents made an order and we waited for about 5 minutes. When we got in the car, we checked the order and found that he added a drumstick for me. As a tired mom with a fussy toddler, this gesture brought me to tears. Thank you Ezell’s for always going above and beyond! And of course it was delicious too!!“

“I recently visited Ezell’s Famous Chicken and tried their spicy tenders (one pound), along with coleslaw and French fries. The tenders were perfectly seasoned, delivering a nice kick without overpowering the natural juiciness of the chicken. The crispy coating stayed crunchy even with the spice, which I appreciated, and each bite was packed with flavor. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy, adding a refreshing contrast to the spicy tenders, and the French fries were hot and crispy—a classic side done right. “This is a great restaurant, the people and the food are great for the most part. A lot of people have an issue with the weird times this place is open and with the price of the food. I understand that the pandemic hit hard, and it's hard to run a restaurant. However, there are definitely things to critique. The food is good, but expensive for small portions. They are also having a menu change at the end of August (that's what I was told last time I came here). They changed the vegan lumpia to only have vegetables in it (tasted like a spring roll), and are getting rid of the adobo burger (no longer on menu) :(. The current menu does not have any lumpia besides the new vegetable one, no dessert, and no potatoes. I thought the lumpia was a favorite? I used to visit every now and then because we love the lumpia, but I don't know how often I'll visit after the change. Maybe it will be good though, I can update later. This place was great, sad to see a decline because of the pandemic or other issues :( If you have the money, it's a good place to support!“

“The fact they have a 4.1 is criminal. Place was credibly relaxing to be in. Self service is nice and the lady working the front was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food is amazing, especially considering the price in SLU. So some of y’all are lying about the food and gotta figure it out cause food was buss and the price is really good, especially their happy hour prices. I will be coming back next time I make the trip over to this area.“

In short and sum, the best fried chicken definitively in the PNW - The Pacific Northwest, as well as very arguably Ezell's Famous Chicken may be best of the best across the whole USA Nation. Even at those levels, Ezell's is always in contention in consistent high quality food provided with great service.“

“Had a great, creative version of an espresso martini here and noticed the bartender put a lot of care into making sure my drink was up to satisfaction. The food they have right now is some of the best I’ve tasted here. Also noticed they put up a cover around part of the patio to block out rain for the rainy days coming! Good “

“Very good food , hoping that the waiting time at dinner is less because when we try to eat last night the waiting time is 2hrs ,so we left and come back next day at after lunch like 1pm and the waiting is better and took us less than 30mins.“

“This place ROCKS! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is superb. We can get a little busy at times but they deal with it by giving you a text to let you know when your table is ready. And the best part... they celebrated my partner's birthday by giving her a free drink and a free meal! We will be back!
