Staff is always super friendly. We order from here all the time, and they always follow instructions to a T! Just surprised my husband and our son with pizza and told the delivery driver to let him know if he was confused. My husband called me, ecstatic, saying that the delivery driver was giddy and happy to share the news. They always go above and beyond. :)

Never had an issue with service. Always timely and aligned with the app.
Where they are declining is the quality of the pizza. Toppings are below minimum standards. Don’t even bother clicking extra or double toppings or even the “Cheese it up” options. Even though you’re paying more for more toppings, they don’t do it. I think I’ve ordered my last pizza from them now and switching to another location now.

I am a gery regular customer and always order through the Domino's app. They messed up my previous order - My order had been for half a veggie pizza and half cheese, and they had put veggies on the entire pizza, which meant that 2 of my kids would not be eating it! I didn't have time for them to make a new pizza at that time, so they took my name and phone number and said they would give me a free pizza next time and I should just call in my order. I ordered 1 pizza through the app on Friday and then called in to order the free pizza that was owed to me. The guy who answered the phone could not find my name or number written anywhere for being owed a free pizza. I gave him the date, what was wrong with that previous order - all of the information needed. He then asked who I spoke with, but I didn't know the person's name. He asked me to describe him, so I did my best, and he said that guy was working and asked him, but he didn't remember my name or anything about my messed up order, so they would not take my order for my free pizza they owed me! Poor customer service! They should have refunded me or put the credit back on my account right away, which is what I asked them to do, but they wouldn't do that.

Server 3176 was top notch, he delivered our food, I told him it was my daughter's birthday. He came back about 30 minutes later with Lava cake for her. This made our evening and her 30th birthday extremely special ❤
They usually get our order correct, as we always order white sauce on our pizza. But the amount of topping we've been getting.. has been less and less every single time we go here. To the point where I almost don't want to go here anymore and it's our favorite pizza place! Please fix this Dominos!!! Thanks ?
