It was Friday a little after 1. Place was not busy at all. I order my food and when it came to picking the sides, they were either out or didn't have enough to make a complete serving.
I can understand being out of sides if the place is busy. But , not dead on a Friday.
It is a first and last time I will ever go. I'll just stick to Popeye's or KFC. Just absolutely rediculous but the chicken strips we're tastey.
While the food is excellent, I wish I could depend on the service. I don't have difficult orders - a meal and then I add a side of gravy and an extra roll. 8 out of my last 10 orders have been wrong. Tonight I ended up with an extra roll and they got confused about the gravy. Each time it's either that they have forgotten the extra roll (that I have paid for), forgotten the gravy (that I'd paid for) or given me spicy chicken when original was ordered (and called back to the...read full review
