Heard this place changed owners recently and the rumors are true, it’s way better now. The drinks actually come out fast and they don't skimp on the toppings anymore. Got the new Ube coconut Thai tea and it was so good, not too sweet, and more importantly, it pleased my taste buds. Super nice staff, too. Will be back!
Update: waffle 🧇 was crispy and delicious but no jelly or maple syrup (just strange toppings like oreo cream and matcha or salty fake cheese). The crispy chicken is Chinese style no ketchup and I don’t like it. Tea is too sweet and disgusting. Great service though

The drinks, bubble waffles, and chicken are very tasty! I have been to this location many times but I will say the customer service sucks and the workers there always have a weird and poor attitude. They give off standoffish vibes and have that Gen Z stare lol.
