This place is either permanently closed or the hours are wrong. Either way, I showed up when it was supposed to be open and it was closed. :(

Plenty of seating area. Waiter is quick to seat and take order. I order the Special Kim Phuong Rice Dish with a soup. It came with grilled pork but I switched it out for grilled short ribs, skewered shrimp, shrimp patty, rice, eggs, cucumber and a slice of tomato. The soup usually is with a pho broth but I can taste a very strong taste of cinnamon. That kinda threw me off because of how strong it is.

UPDATE: disappointing. Last time I went, the chow mein was so sweet and syrupy, it was inedible. Unfortunately, after changing management and their name, they are no longer a vegetarian restaurant. I’m willing to try again, but cautiously. ——-> previous review: As a long time vegetarian who’s tried a lot of fake meats, this place is AMAZING. It’s so nice being able to pick whatever you want off the menu, and I haven’t found something I dislike yet. Every single thing I’ve tried is delicious and crave-able, and my boyfriend and his non-vegetarian family all agree that it’s fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. And the staff is the absolute sweetest, amazing service.

Delicious! Comfortable little while in the wall with great food and staff. The beef short ribs were delicious. Yummy broth.

It's okay at best. Nothing to write home about. Their bahn mi is just bread with vegetables and very little meat. They should just call it a vegetable sandwich. I usually go to Pho Hien Trang which is just around the corner but they closed at 9 PM. One positive that I can say is that they are open late which is awesome for late night cravings.

They have meat dishes now but not the ones I am used to when it used to be called Hot Pho. It's been a while since I've ate here but they really made the interior look nicer. Pho still tastes as good as it did before. Service was slightly better than it used to be.

Incorrect website listed on YelpI tapped the website listed on Yelp, but the website is for the other location of Kim Phuong in Renton. I placed an order through the site by phone call, but I did not know it was for the wrong location. I walked to this location - I was told to go pick up in the other location, but I don't have a car. So since I was hungry I asked if I could just order something from this location. They told me no. So I guess I'm just walking home hungry then.

Just ate here under the new management. They now have meat and vegetarian dishes. You have to request the vegetarian menu. Food is good and clean. Would definitely come back.

Amazing!! ? Went here with my vegetarian friend and it was hot fresh and delicious, and the prices were so reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone vegan or not. They have so much variety that we took a while to decide! We had the udon pho, crispy egg rolls and fresh spring rolls. Both were very good. Everything was better than expected.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan but you would never know! Classic Vietnamese options you know and love, plus some I'd never heard of.Dietary restrictions: They are very aware of the ingredients they use and will accommodate dietary restrictions.

Not even finished with my meal and had to stop to write a review. This food is so amazing! I love that I can order anything from the menu and don’t have to make any special substitutions or changes. I ordered the pot stickers and banh mi for takeout, and it was ready faster than I expected. It is so flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service was very friendly and the place is nice inside. I will be back often to sample the rest of the menu!

Very friendly and comfortable place. Had pho and it was all vegetarian friendly! I'm not vegetarian and I enjoyed it. It was both warm and refreshing to eat.
