UPDATE: disappointing. Last time I went, the chow mein was so sweet and syrupy, it was inedible. Unfortunately, after changing management and their name, they are no longer a vegetarian restaurant. They have meat dishes now but not the ones I am used to when it used to be called Hot Pho. It's been a while since I've ate here but they really made the interior look nicer. Pho still tastes as good as it did before. Service was slightly better than it used to be.

Plenty of seating area. Waiter is quick to seat and take order. I order the Special Kim Phuong Rice Dish with a soup. It came with grilled pork but I switched it out for grilled short ribs, skewered shrimp, shrimp patty, rice, eggs, cucumber and a slice of tomato. The soup usually is with a pho broth but I can taste a very strong taste of cinnamon. That kinda threw me off because of how strong it is.
