The espresso machine has been broken for a long time. How can this be happening in such a large and prestigious restaurant or is it simply a lack of attention to providing good service?

Bad Customer service.Failed to give 2 items on first trip. A drink for one of the Happy meals, a fry for one of the meals. Ontop of that, a broken honey packet was put in the bag and leaked over everything. All accidents. I'm lodging a complaint because when I came back to get my missing items, after waiting in line again, I was challenged over both of the items as if it were my fault or lying and wasting my time coming back to trick them out of a fry and apple juice.Oh,...

We went through the drive through and it was pretty busy. We ordered nuggets. Nuggets are a hit and miss item. Either you have to pull forward and wait or you get dried up off colored rocks. Not this time. The food was hot and fresh and it was ready at the pace necessary to call it fast food. I was amazed, and have to say, good job guys! That's a team who must work well together because that kind of efficiency is rare.
