This is by far the best Menchie's location I have been to. The staff are always around, and out of at least 75+ visits, I have never had a bad experience. The frozen yogurt flavors are unique and flavorful, like root beer float.
Huge fan of their cake batter.
3 stars as the aunty in front of me was catching ice cream on her hands, licking it and then doing the same for all flavours - grossed out.

this place is a weekly staple for our family, from the waffle wednesdays, bogo fridays or fill your cup weekends. We are here (in my opinion) far too often but it's a fun midweek treat for the family. We've maybe had one instance where one of the machines didn't work other than that, consistent working machines, friendly service and good froyo - nothing to complain about!
