Searching for Thai restaurant, gave this a shot, it was good decision. My friend visited from Bay Area, enjoying his basil chicken combo with fried egg on top. It was ground chicken which it was good sign when we saw the picture. He likes the dish. I orders crispy pork fried rice, fried rice was not too wet or dry and they used Chinese broccoli (bonus point), crispy pork was crispy but not over cooked and it was not salty. There is sauce and chili oil for extra spice. The service was good but our waitress was not very friendly. The portion was good. Noodle dishes started at $15, combo or special dishes are about $18-$20. My crispy pork was $17. They do have lunch combo.

We've been craving Thai food and wanted to try a new place. We read reviews, then decided to pickup from Mintra - spinach, tofu w peanut sauce; green curry w beef, fried rice; & garlic chicken. So delicious! We'll be back.

Our go-to Thai restaurant! Its a small family-run place. Everyone is so nice there. Never had a bad dish here. We generally get the noodle dishes, pineapple fried rice, and curry. Most places just don't put enough in their curries nowadays, so I will usually add more to it at home because I like the curry flavors! 😆 the stir fried noodles are my favorite.
The crispy garlic chicken was next level good. The hot spice level was just the right amount of spicy. The golden noodles were also very tasty. I've had better pad thai, but it was still good. Will be ordering again.

I would say the greater Seattle area is not very well-known for having good Thai food, rather the opposite as well as an abundance of mediocre Teriyaki places. Despite this, Mintra Thai stands as the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Every single time I’ve visited to dine-in, without fail, has been a spectacular experience.
