Sashimi salad was incredible
I'm not a great photographer and I won't be doing their delicious sushi justice.
However, pictured is the Lion King roll, Cali roll and takoyaki. I also enjoy the hot dream and tiger eye roll. Their ingredients are always fresh and the sushi is consistently good. For years I frequented Newcastle. Good to have the same rolls closer to Seattle.
The employees are also attentive and kind. The ambiance is nice and the environment is clean.
Such a gorgeous restaurant, perfect for 2 or a group. Stunning presentation. Price definitely matches portion, we got so much food (unintentionally) their signature rolls were so unique and DELICIOUS. Loved the ElDorado and Hot Dream. Will be returning soon!
