Very disappointed that they don’t offer kids menu (small portions for kids 3-7yo) and they won’t let you purchase anything in the menu on a smaller size for kids I mentioned to the lady that could be nice if they add a kids menu but looks like she got offended and try to ignore my suggestion

Been eating here for years. Food and service were never amazing but always good. They've changed management a few times and evolved over the years.
Big reason I'm rating it now is we've decided to stop going. The new owner is constantly hanging around barking negative feedback and orders at his employees (in Vietnamese, but still). The food and even the drinks feel less flavorful and service feels phoned in. Think the place is deteriorating under this new management.
Will check back again in a year or two once he's hopefully had to sell.

Simple menus are usually the best. I loved that they had the menus underneath a glass on every table, it saves time, and it's also sanitary for each person viewing the menu.
I had the house special rice plate and each ingredient was very fresh and delicious. It came with a bowl of beef broth which was superb! And it was a bigger bowl than most other places, more stars!
We left and came back for boba, which was also surprisingly very good! All around amazing place.
