Not a bad pizza spot. Pizza only (they may have wings). Order online for convenience. They offer some seating under a popup, but you should plan to carryout. Inconsistent days that they are open.

Delicious wood fired pizza and plenty of options to choose from! I hope they get their own little dine-in spot in town too, especially during winter!

I had no idea what to expect walking up truck/cart in Des Moines. Really good pizza! The crust was probably the best I’ve had in years. I would recommend this to anyone.

Pizza lover and saw the trailer while pushing through Des Moines - totally a spur of the moment decision. Friendly woman running the place and menu is decent. Prices are a little high, but reasonable fit what you get - which is an artisan pizza cooked with wood. Had a large pepperoni and it hard those yummy nickel sized ones that curl up and are delicious. Crust was pretty good and good a hint of smoke in the chew. Only real knock is no place to sit - but it's a trailer / mobile. Would eat it again gladly.

I have high expectations for pizza. Pizza Addict exceeded my expectations. It was fun watching the pizza being made in the wood fired oven. The crust was perfect: crunchy outside and chewy in the middle. Sauce, cheese and toppings perfectly balanced and fresh.Although I really like the pizza at Via Marina, I would choose Pizza Addict First wherever they are open. Hands down the best pizza in Des Moines.

This is a local wood-fired pizza truck without seating for dining. Its atmosphere is more non-existent than good or bad.The wood-fired pizza crust is quite good, and each pizza uses high quality ingredients.I enjoyed my BC Shrooms pizza and ordered it again (chicken, pork belly, mushrooms, white sauce). I particularly enjoyed the My family reordered their Hawaiian pizzas too. One was made to order without cheese and they were faithful to our requests.I anticipate ordering again and exploring more of the menu.Parking: There are some spots dedicated to the truck, and more open space besides.

A legit wood-fired pizza oven in a food truck? Shut up and take my money! No little kids sneezing in the restaurant. No waitresses "having a bad day." No obnoxiously loud birthday parties showing up right after you order. Just you, your money, and a pizza artisan ready to put yummy in your tummy.I had the Chipotle Chicken, and I don't think I've ever eaten a pizza so fast in my life. The taste was so heavenly as to blow away all sense of self-control. My only regret is that there were no leftovers to experience the next day.

Granted, I ordered their gyro.... It was burnt to a crisp & so dry. They were out of feta, no olives & no lettuce. There was hardly any meat. Pizza Addict, please take this off your menu! Stop burning your crust!

Mediocre pizza at best. Had it twice now and both times the red pizza sauce tasted sour to me. I did enjoy the crust a lot.I ordered online for a pick up an hour in advance and my husband went to grab it on his lunch break and when he got there at the time of pickup no one was at the kiosk. When someone finally came back the order was not even started yet. There was no phone number to call when tried to get in touch.Very disappointed with this place- not ordering here again.

Pizza Addict makes some incredibly tasty pies! They use high-quality ingredients and obviously out a lot of love into their work. It’s a small, roadside setup but they do a lot of business and turn out a quality product. I suggest ordering ahead as it simplifies the whole process since there’s not really anywhere to wait except your car.The best of the pizzas I ordered was probably the Hawaiian, though the pepperoni and vegetarian were both close runners-up. I think ordering the Hawaiian with extra mozzarella would be perfect.

Great pizza and something different from the usual chains! Perfect delivery option if you're in the hotel area by the airport. The 10" ($13 with 2 toppings) is a personal size so looks kinda small but it's actually really filling and full of flavor. The garlic bread was pretty good and $3 so not bad. The ordering process was nice - I got an update on each step from order reception to pickup and transit to final delivery. Definitely recommend if you're looking for pizza in this area.
