Top notch _real_ wood fired hand-tossed pizza with crunchy blistered crust and fresh ingredients, all from a permanent food truck location in Des Moines, WA. I was on a mission to get some wood fired pizza locally while on business travel to the area, and this place won the day! Friendly staff put up with my Pizza-nerd conversation, and awr ed up an amazing BBQ Chicken Pizza... They have Mexican and traditional themed pizzas. Give them a try!
Give this place business! The flavors are insane. Top notch quality. Spicy salsas go absolutely perfect with the pizza. Now I know that cilantro absolutely should be on my pizza! Totally worth the price.
Had the 3 meat pizza for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious! I have been to many good pizza places in my life and this was one of the best. They cook the pizza with apple tree wood in an outdoor oven which definitely gives it some extra flavor. If I’m in the area again, I will 100% be going back to try a different pizza of theirs.
