We explicitly told the server from the outset that we were here to celebrate our son's birthday, and there are only three of us in the family. However, the server still came to sing the birthday song when one of us went to the restroom to wash hands... and they brought other servers with them. It felt extremely disappointing to celebrate when not everyone was present.Also, happy hour clearly stated until six o'clock, but the server insisted it was until five. The menu on the table also clearly indicated until six. When we brought it up, he just responded with a "okay..." It's truly frustrating.This is the first and last time. Very disappointing.

Ellie was perfect as a server, have no complaints AT ALL, it was 7 of us and she handled us well! We was seated quick and food was also quick and great. Michael who was the manager, seemed tired but was very sweet and VERY ATTENTIVE. Making sure we didn't need anything. Also giving my son a free card for a free appetizer,dessert or milkshake for helping him pick up dropped menus that made my baby's day. Thank you to all we definitely will be back, you have a fav Red Robin in us!

Burger was cut off while the bun was very dry . Fries were cool and the air duct looked dusty . Felt like cattle grazing in the grass. Even the TV had nothing of interest. Kinda like it was ready to close up

Me and a friend went to Red Robin on a Sunday night just before taking in a movie. The fries and wings were old, cold and greasy. I was surprised. I only needed to see turkey burger and ordered that. I didn’t think anything of it but did notice I wasn’t asked what I wanted on it. The first bite set my mouth on fire as it had pepper jack cheese. Lastly, My friend asked for a manager to show her the state of the fries which it was clear they weren’t fresh. She was horrified by the obvious cold sores on the managers face and suggested she might not want to show that uncovered in an establishment serving food. We’re still in a state of pandemic and you would think she would not expose something like that especially in a place people handle food. I have never ever had a bad experience at any Red Robin’s ever. I love their food. This is my first time at this location. It was very disappointing. I was still willing to pay for my meal despite but the waitress who was obviously upset did not charge us. I won’t look badly on the Red Robins franchise just this location.

Went during a busy time and they were very good at getting people to seats and service was timed perfectly. Very happy with the waitress and food was good enough to buy again. Music might want to turn down when the conversation level is higher than the music ?. Otherwise good place to eat .Kid-friendliness: Kid families always ask for a table not a booth because of where they put the highchair in the aisle. Keep your kiddos happy with bringing in a coloring book and crayons. Suggest very little soda and more water.

Went to go eat dine in at this Red Robin, person at the front desk was very kind and sat us at a table with great atmosphere. Then our server came up to us and was very friendly and I can see he was hustling! Took our order and our food came really fast! Enjoyed our meal and had awesome experience, 10/10 would go again ??

Omgosh!! Just came back from there!! The "new menu" (price increases) hides the fact that they moved from a flame broiled burger to a flat grilled (yuk) burger. They have trained the wait staff to repeat marketing hubub as to why they changed and that "everyone" likes the change. NO NO NO I do not believe it. The mess they serve now for $15 is horrible and looks like a McDonalds hamburger. This is a cost cutting move made at the corporate level that is idiotic. If you want a quarter pounder off the grill go to McDonalds. I/We have been loyal patrons of Red Robin since they opened. I LOVED their burgers......now .... they are eccccchch. Burger lovers stay away!
