We usually enjoy going to Red Robin. However, our last 2 visits have been unpleasant. I understand that it was busy and waiting was not the issue. We specifically requested no ice with the drink. There was ice to the top. The sandwich was cold and the fries were very greasy. On our last two visits, we were NEVER asked if we would like more fries. The food just hasn't been as good as in the past. We've enjoyed dining there in the past, but now we hesitate. I hope you...

We were seated faster than expected. Our server was polite and attentive. Fries were served hot and crispy as well as the hamburger. Would be happy to come back here again with the family.
