See Fah Thai Cuisine was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors in every dish. Everything came out hot, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and every bite was packed with flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. If you’re looking for great Thai food, I highly recommend See Fah Thai Cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just an okay place to get Thai food in Newcastle. There was no flavor for my pad see ew. The veggies and chicken were not good quality. The soup broth was okay but the noodles, wonton, and meat were overcooked. The food took longer than expected. Don’t think I’d come back.

First things first the food is 5 star. We had pad Thai and fried fish both authentic delicious and sauces perfectly balanced. But service was really bad, there are only a few tables sit and we waited for 30 minutes with no attention until we told the waitress they realized how long we have waited. Brought check to sign but didn’t bring pen. Brought one dish but without its accompanying rice. Wish they can improve the service.

Wanted a light quick lunch and this was along our route. Such good food; fresh, high quality, layered flavors.
Hope I get to go back as there were several good looking dishes I’ve not seen at most Thai places that I’d love to try

The pad Thai here is delicious and full of flavor! I love how fresh the ingredients taste, and the staff is super friendly. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick dinner.

Wow, for a place that I haven't really heard anyone talk about - I was really impressed! Had a wonderful and attentive server named Khoi, in a nice space with lots of windows and natural light, and dishes came out fairly quick. First off, we ordered a larb salad, which was so on point in flavor (not too acidic or salty like many other places I've had), and the perfect three star spice level - just wished for more lettuce to accompany the meat! The Thai Tea was perfect, not too sweet, no complaints. The Phad Kee Mao was so delicious, only comment is that the meat would've been better if it had been seasoned/marinated, and the noodles were a bit soft & overcooked, but flavors were really there. The Phad Thai with tamarind sauce I was hoping would be authentic, but this one missed the mark a bit. A lot of places around americanize it and use tomato or ketchup and make this classic dish too sweet or saucy - and this place didn't do that, nor did it taste bad - it just wasn't totally up to par with how the dish should be, hence the docked star. It should've had wok essence (with high heat sear), and fish sauce (it was lacking savoriness), and been more brown than red. But they at least they gave a really decent portion! I would definitely be back to try the other dishes.

I've been dining in and ordering since they opened, and the quality stayed consistent. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, they offer seasonal dishes such as the mango sweet sticky rice dessert, and they have fast service and great atmosphere.
