Snowy Village completely missed the mark for me. I saw a review on TikTok & wanted to try this ‘dessert bar’. I ordered a Mango & Strawberry bingsoo, even though I did not know what bingsoo was. After a little research, I found it is a Korean style flavored ice milk - which is good for a light dietary sweet, but could not be described as what I think of as a dessert.

Bingsoo doesn’t do it for me, no biggie. However, Snowy Village lived up to its name because when you walk in, there was no greeting, just two point of sale systems sitting in front of you. The ceilings were extra and the decor is minimal and un-inviting. I also ordered the croissant with pesto & cheese filling. It was cute, but not filling. It’s a quick snack at best. Can’t say I’ll be back but I’ll recommend for anyone who is dieting. Parking is also far from the storefront so be prepared, especially if you have little ones.

There coffee if you’re a coffee drinker, that’s a perk.

Smells good right when you walk in. Like a warm welcoming. Seating is great and spaced out. Order is made through self checkout. $6.50 for Dalonga coffee. Check it out!

My chocolate strawberry bingsoo had almost no chocolate or strawberry flavor. I asked if i could get a cup of chocolate syrup and the manager told me she couldn't do that or she would have to give everyone more choclate. First and last time going here.

We visited Snowy Village Renton for a treat one night when we were in town. We had never tried anything like it before. Two of us shared a peanut butter cups mini bingsoo which was perfect. Because it was our first time, ordering on the tablet was a little confusing because we did not really know what we were getting and there was no one to ask. It all worked out and we enjoyed the treat. It is worth checking out if you have never had it!

Ordered a mini bingsoo and a red bean taiyaki. The mini was ok , shaved ice, cream and peanut butter cup. Crazy expensive for a cup for $9 The taiyaki was the one that made me type this. First of all not a traditional taiyaki. The redbean inside was just scooped from the jar and not a redbean paste. The liquid from the jar wet the taiyaki. The actual taiyaki flour thing was super buttery. And it threw off the normal flavor of a regular taiyaki. I don’t recommend at all.. def won’t be coming back

I was really disappointed with my experience here. They don't provide water to customers at all, which feels very stingy and unwelcoming, especially when you're having their sweet desserts.

A basic courtesy like offering water should be standard at any dining place. It really took away from the overall experience.

Looking for a sweet treat that isn't diabeetus-inducing cookies (you know the one I'm talking about)? Check this cute little shop out. As you enter, the menu is located directly above the self checkout counter. Since it wasn't crowded, we checked out the TV that featured various parts of scenic Japan which was nice.

You really can't go wrong with anything you order, and with flavors like taro and red bean, you're in for a treat! Obviously get a taiyaki, too!

The food is great. The only issue I have is nutrition information wasn’t provided when asked. The person who helped me told me “she’s not allowed to provide nutrition information. Regarding sugar portion per serving in the drinks.” It is required to provide any nutrition information upon request in Washington State.
