The desserts here are pretty pricey basically same prices as an entree at a restaurant. We got the Mango Bingsoo, and it was subpar. The portions are also pretty small wish it was bigger as it’s $18. Staff was nice though.
Our experience was just okay overall. We’ve visited the Bellevue location before and personally enjoyed that one much more. This location uses a self-service kiosk for placing orders, and once your food is ready, it’s brought out to the counter rather than directly to your table. While the process is efficient, it felt a bit less personal compared to what we’re used to. It wasn’t a bad visit, but it didn’t quite match the experience...
We visited Snowy Village Renton for a treat one night when we were in town. We had never tried anything like it before. Two of us shared a peanut butter cups mini bingsoo which was perfect. Because it was our first time, ordering on the tablet was a little confusing because we did not really know what we were getting and there was no one to ask. It all worked out and we enjoyed the treat. It is worth checking out if you have never had it!
