The coffee is always stellar, the staff is nice, but the drive-through service is the slowest I've ever experienced- and I've been to alot of Starbucks. I've been late for work twice because of the slow service, so now I leave about 20 minutes even earlier. I understand it takes time, but wish they'd figure out a better, faster way.
i love these guys they’re super quick and nice and they give me a lot of whipped cream when i ask for extra whip 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
I had a basic order of a small mocha and a drip coffee. I was asked if I wanted a stopper for the drip coffee but was not given a stopper for the mocha. I had a heck of a time trying to get the attention of two people behind the counter to get a drink carrier. By the time I got home, the mocha splashed all over the drink carrier.
