It is a great Starbucks that is friendly and roomy! Because it is roomy, the dining area is able to reopen with the social distancing guidelines in place! So we were able to enjoy it inside!
I was late to work because the morning traffic on road and parking lot to leave the drive through. Took me 27 minutes to enter the parking lot near the gas station, go through the drive through and get back through the light to cross the hwy :/ Convenient location on my commute and good service, but traffic (lots of people trying to make short cuts) makes this location a no-go.
Needs improvement. Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru as the 2nd car. Then they got both of our drinks wrong. (One ordered non-fat, no whipped cream, but it came with whole milk and whipped cream.) Other drink ordered hot and got it iced. Never had this poor of service at a Starbucks before, so wanted to make you aware.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed feedback. The staff is described as absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with one barista walking around engaging customers and offering refills. Service is often speedy, clean, and welcoming, with never a disappointment in quality. However, the coffee taste like crap, with improper syrup amounts and shots. A ridiculously watery hot chocolate has been received three times, despite it being a rare good hot chocolate with a bitter bite. The location is very busy and understaffed around school release time, with a tight parking lot blocked by the drive thru. Drinks like the matcha are super good, but orders like water have been forgotten twice.
