Very bad customer service every time for me. Nicole is very rude and very talkative. Very unprofessional. The worst experience ever. I like Starbucks but not at this location. I order hot water a tea bag and two honey packets. That caused a big problem for why?

Don't come here under any circumstances. There's another one down the street to go to. Without exaggeration, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Noone will take your order or maybe they will, it depends on if their friends are hanging around the store or behind the counter. If they don't know how to make your drink they'll just make you whatever they think is close on the menu. And if you're in a hurry, forget about it. I've literally done all my shopping and come back and my drink still wasn't started, in an empty shop.

uhmm, first of all. I just wanted to say I did not have a good experience in this starbucks at all. Out all of starbucks this place is the worst the ones i usually go to are all nice & professionals, but this one. lack of training. To begin with I ordered iced grande white mocha they gave me hot and so me being nice I told this girl I ordered iced not hot. Tell me why she looked upset, grabbed the drink and poured into the sink and the drink squirted everywhere. Mind you, the store wasn’t busy at all. If the store wasn’t busy i’d take the drink & leave even though I didn’t get the right order. Whoever manages the store needs to have a stat meeting with their employees and broach on how to approach customers nicely. If you’re reading this don’t waste your time pack your things and go somewhere else. Also, the girl who made my drink was Indian.

Customer service was horrible, the barista told me they don’t accept EBT as i was pulling out my cash. I wasn’t even thinking about paying with EBT, I’m not sure if that was her being racist, funny or stereotypical. It came from a white woman and not only was I highly offended but I took business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend that location if that was the last Starbucks open.

The customer service was not that great! The clerk forgot my order and as they were vacuuming the clerk used the hose part of the vacuum to clean out the coffee grounds from the coffee maker. I will never go to this Starbucks again.
