I love this place normally ... I think they need help and I'm positive they will .. black and white mocha doesn't get caramel normally so if the customer says no I do not want caramel that means please do not put it in my drink ... I think we can fix this and I appreciate your service that's why I'm saying anything at all .. ?
I was here a few days ago. The food & drinks were what was expected. When the register system went, we all had to wait for it to reboot. That was a little frustrating, but not their fault (power surge?). How the staff handled it was what impressed me. I was mostly wanting to get out if the way of the people in line behind me, but my transaction was incomplete. I owed $.14. Not a big deal to them or me, but I wanted to make sure it was completed & that my card balance didn't...
I'm a late bloomer when it comes to the coffee culture. I stopped by on my way home from the gym and got lots of help navigating the Starbucks app on my smartphone (I've mostly only used it for buying drinks for my wife). Service was prompt and friendly and the place was large and inviting.
